On the 7th may i had my 3rd zoledex injection. My endo nurse was gonna take me of as ive had 2 bad monthly flare ups and breakdowns everyday. After my 3rd jab ive had 5 days flare up free but ive had some spotting bleeding amd now 1 week later ive got a bad flare, i am due my monthly cycle at the weekend as ive not stopped them yet.If i get to the 2nd july still unhappy they want to swap me to dinogest but ive been told 8-12 weeks to feel better like i was told on the zoledex.
I have severe endo, ado, fibroids and 2 5cm endo cysts and my ovaries are stuck to my bowel. Signed the forms 1 month ago and was told a 12-18 month wait for hysterectomy. Just feel low and struggling with day to day

Hey I hope that the waiting list goes down really quickly for you. My experience it took 5 zoladex injections (I took norethisterone for two weeks of the first three months too, then tx acid when I bleed) before I experienced relief.
Hello sadly they are right it can take 3 months to settle down and start making a difference. Also some women also still get some bleeding whilst on zoladex. Are you on hrt add back aswell? Not all treatments suit everyone, zoladex didn’t work for me and I went onto prostap. Sadly that didn’t work either. I bled constantly for 7 months before my consultant signed the papers for a hysterectomy, I was then in hospital in 8 weeks. This was last October. All didn’t go well, my bowel was stuck to my womb, the bowel was cut to release everything and it became a medical emergency, it was 50/50 I’d pull through. They got an emergency bowel surgeon and he repaired the bowel and fitted a colostomy bag to save my life. I’m currently waiting for that to be reversed sometime this year. No one was aware my bowel was stuck as I’d had no scans or anything for over two years, I also was told I’d had a “lumpy” womb, the reason I could never carry a pregnancy (5 miscarriages and an ectopic) only took them 20 years to discover it 😳 See if you can get a consultants appointment to check if they think the treatment is working or not and discuss the surgery in detail so you can be prepared for any possible complications, we had no idea of any issues and the shock afterwards was horrendous. Good luck
Hiya sorry to hear your story. I had mri in march which showed severe endo, ado. I have 1 fibroid in the womb. 2x 5c endemeteiomas and my ovary is stuck to my bowel.I had a lap in january and thats when they said to bad, i know my op is upto 8 houra and need 3 surgeons. They said my bowel would need a scrape/shave and then take everything away.
Ive signed papers 1 month ago for hysterectony but 12-18 month wait.
I am on hrt tiberlone and its doing really well so maybe just stick the zoledex for bit longer as last week had injection 3. Its just a long process
I managed to get my Dr to write a letter to ask the consultant to move me up the list and I phoned the secretary saying I would take an emergency slot... Worth a shot? I was seen in 7 months that way.
My consultant put me on the list for any cancellations and my endo nurse said between 3-6 months she would write to my surgeon and also request another mri see if its shrinking or staying the same. Thankyou x
My husband is the most supportive. Every app and injection his boss gives him off, my 14 year old is brilliant and even though my 21 daughter moved out she is brill. Couldnt do this without them x
