Constipation?

So I had my lap on Monday by a general gynaecology who told me that I had no endometriosis, even after being diagnosed in another country in 2015 where she burnt it away? Perhaps it hasn't returned? Anyway, the results of my lap were 'gross constipation'.. my question is.. what's the difference between ordinary constipation and gross constipation? I used my bowels the morning of my surgery so it's definitely not that I can't go at all! Very confused.

gross surely implies that you’re so constipated by such a gross volume of poo it’s causing problems that you’d notice but you’re obviously opening your bowels??? I’d phone and check? Or speak to your GP x

When you have your Op the consultant sends a letter to your GP so I would book an appointment and speak to your doctor x
