Hi to all Endo girls. I need your help please. I was diagnosed on 5th December last year by laparoscopy after years of being misdiagnosed. I don't know what stage of endo i have? I don't have my follow up app with the surgeon till 18th March to discuss everything. On my discharge papers it stated I had endo on my left side of the womb. Some spots on the pelvic wall. Covering my left ovary & left fallopian tube. Also it was twisted so they untwisted it. It says they 'cauterised' the endo?? What does this mean? I've since read a book all about Endo and now know about laser & excision? What did they do to me?
I am on a birth control pill to stop my periods. 3 weeks ago I felt nauseous for whole week. Then I started bleeding and it went downhill from then on. All my endo symptoms cane back. Nausea, pelvic pain, back pain, night sweats, diarrhoea & the feeling to urinate all the time. I was like this for a week & half. My Endo belly was huge. My work colleagues couldn't believe it. I booked an emergency app at my Docs. It was a total waste of time. They know nothing about the condition. She helped in noway and left me so upset. She couldn't suggest anything. I've since had a week where I've been ok. But today I've started bleeding again. My stomach is growing & the pain is starting. What do I do? Thanks

I think if you’re really worried, you may benefit taking a trip down to A&E - they may have a better knowledge to help you there. Personally, I am still waiting for the date of my first gynae appointment and in a hell of a lot of pain. I swear I look like I could be pregnant half the time. 😱 I hope you start feeling better soon xx
Hi I can’t help too much with the pain side of things as I suffer most months but in relation to your surgery by the sounds of it cauterised is the same as ablation or laser. Just from what your saying they have lasered it away rather than excise or cut it out.
Hope things are better soon and as the other poster said gps know nothing of the condition so I would say go to a&e where there may be someone in the hospital who knows what’s going on. May need to do a lot of pushing to be seen by the right person though xx good luck x
