Bad ovulation pain?

Had a laparoscopy 3 months ago been told I’ve got stage 4 endo they removed an 8cm cyst from my left ovary it was also stuck to my bowel had a couple of painful heavy periods so far the last one being 1 week ago that lasted 2 weeks I’m not taking any birth control or meds. Today I’m in alot of pain like blotted period pain not bleeding and intense left ovary stabbing pain,hard to walk with it. Could this be ovulation this early? And why so painful?

You could be ovulating. I suffer with intense ovulation pains every month, stabbing ovary pain which hurts more when I walk or go to the toilet

Before taking the pill i was doubled up every month with horrific pain, i didnt realise at the time it was because i was ovulating. I really feel your pain. Hot water bottle and snuggle up xx
