Constant bleeding

Hi all, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

I had a lap 3 months ago and the surgeon also removed a polyp. I’d been bleeding pretty much every day of the month before then and they said that would be the polyp but it’s still going on now and actually since the op it’s been less of the black sludge stuff and more actual fresh blood. I bleed during my period, (regular amount, wouldnt say it was heavy just with a lot of endo pain) have a week bleed-free and then back to bleeding with no pain (except at ovulation which is a killer) until my next period. It’s never ending! My bloods have shown I’m low on iron but otherwise I can’t get an answer on why this is! Is it a known endo symptom?
