Painful bloating

Hi ladies just wanting a bit of advice, I'm currently in really bad pain and my stomach is really bloated I actually look pregnant. Feels like my organs are being crushed, I've suffered with this before but today is even more painful. I've also had diarrhoea all day which has been painful (tmi sorry) does anyone know what could be causing this? Thanks x

Hi. Try to drink as much peppermint tea as you can and get some windeze tablets. I had this a lot from Endo on my bowel. The doctor also explained that you can have some diarrhoea even when you are constipated !? You can make it better with changes to your diet too, so that will be worth looking into if the problem persists. Do bring it to the attention of your GP too. I was out on laxatives which did work.
