I have a long hot water bottle that I lay across my stomach which really helps! That subsides the pain at least temporarily. Hope you find something to ease it soon!

Hi there. I could have written your post ! I've been in bed since 7pm and just got up to get a bowl of cereal as i have hardly eaten all day . I feel nauseous with pain and no appetite.

Rest and hot water bottle work and walking! I know you don't feel like it but taking some exercise for a short time helps me .

I've taken tramadol today but the pain is still there.
