The last few days I have the worse pain in the my pubic bone area, its so painful to touch and move and seems to be more painful when I sit down or go bathroom
I've tried painkillers and a heat wrap and had no relief.
Argh I hate endo!!!
Does anyone know what could be causing this as its getting worse
You could have something called osteitis pubis/pubic synthesis. I didn’t even know this existed but when I went to my painspecialist he diagnosed me with this and said it could be a cause for my chronic pelvic pain. They can perform a little exam by pressing onto your pubic bone to see if you have got it. Apparently it’s common in sports players and women in pregnancy. I would look into it x

There’s not much info about it online. Next time you go to your gp or gynae ask about it, if it weren’t for my pain specialist I wouldn’t know. I’m now having steroid injections into my groin every 6 weeks to see if that helps my pelvic pain x
