Secondary endo caused by c-section

I am new to this forum but am struggling to find anyone else in my position. I have rare 'secondary endo' which was caused by my c-section (where the surgeon accidentally moved cells from my womb). I now have a huge lump near my c-section scar. The surgeon wants to remove the lump. I think he is an endo specialist but he is NOT in an accredited BSGE centre. Do you think this is really important? I would love to try and link with anyone else who has this kind of endo. It is very hard to be positive about surgery when it was surgery that caused my endo in the first place!!! Thanks all.
