Bloating

Hey everyone!

I’ve had a rough couple of days feeling unwell, I’m due on in 9 days and I have been SOO bloated recently, I don’t know what I can do to help with it, it’s making me feel sick.

Any suggestions? X

Everyone’s different so I’m unsure. A lot of people say have a hot bath but for me it makes it better while I’m in the bath, and as soon as I get out my pain gets 100x worse for some reason. Try a hot water bottle and try some anti bloating tea or something like that? X

I've found taking Vitamin B6 helps as I often bloat from water retention really badly. About 50mg a day. This also helps me with my emotional balance as well. It might be worth a try. X

Thanks for the tip, this has occurred to me, how long did it take from starting B6 to seeing a difference in bloating?

It's a diuretic so it starts to work pretty soon. You will probably need to wee more after taking it. You should see an improvement in a few days. Its not like most vitamins that require months to feel the benefits.
