Hey, sorry to hear you're in so much pain.
What have you had done so far? Lap? Scans? Removal of endo? What tablets are you on? Have you seen a specialist?
Have you had your endo diagnosed via laparoscopy? What were the results?
A hysterectomy unfortunately will not cure endo - there isn't any cure. Endo lives off oestrogen. All mammals even males produce oestrogen. Therefore having a hysterectomy will not get rid of endo, it may slow it's growth down as removing the ovaries will reduce your levels of oestrogen.
Ideally you need to have your current endo excised via a lap (best method to reduce regrowth, there are other removal methods) by an endo specialist - this will significantly reduce your symptoms - Then discuss with the specialist what to do next based on their findings, what you had done, where your endo is / was.
There's lots of help and guides on the sister site:
Hope this helps xx
Sorry my bad, I got diagnosed via ultrasound, first lap revealed large endometrium in left ovary and small one on right ovary, so far it hasn’t spread that they know of! Just getting very fed up, some women say a hysterectomy is good and others say it’s the worst thing they’ve ever done.
