Fatigued all the time. Please help.

Hello,

I have endometriosis and fatigue seems to be an issue I have faced for years. The last two days I have had to take time off work because I felt like I was going to pass out on the train and I had an overwhelming bout of tiredness/ fatigue. I went to my pharmacist today to see if he could recommend any vitamins for it. However, he just told me to drink coffee. Now I do drink it but I don't think any professional should be advocating extra caffeine. I told him about my endometriosis but he looked at me like he hadn't even heard of it.

Anyway I'm hoping someone can suggest something please because I'm at a loss and it really does effect everything I do. Thank you all. X

I am not anywhere near a doctor but for fatigue, try and find a vitamin like Natures Way Alive for Women that includes Folic Acid, B Vitamins and Vitamin C to help with fatigue. I found it helped me reduce my caffeine intake and I felt less tired in the morning however they can get expensive so maybe look at increasing your food intake with these vitamins already in? Hoep thos helps x

Hi

I also suffered with this and used strong Vit B complex it works wonders.

Helps energy, mood, stablisises hunger.

Drink plenty of water eating a plant based diet and also juicing is brilliant

Cold press organic juice is the best full of nutrition.

Still take the Vit B complex

And if needed get blood test I was anemic and had two transfusions of iron being of it.

Goodluck I promise this works wonders

Thank you so much for your reply and I will try all of it. It's really annoying being like this and can really make me behind in work. So I'm hoping that with this I can finally feel like I'm actually awake. You are so kind to get back to me and I wish you well. X

Hi,

I got blood tests done a few years back because I was sick of constantly being exhausted and they found the main causes for me were low iron, vitamin d, vitamin b and folic acid so i would suggest taking those, for me that along with increasing the amount of exercise i do did actually help! Still get more tired than I should but nowhere near as constantly drained as before

I hope you find something that helps I know how difficult it can be to try and do basic things when so exhausted x

Thank you for this and I agree excercise really does help. You just need to push through the exhaustion first. I genuinely thought that folic acid was for when you were pregnant but I will definitely purchase some and keep up the excercise. I really am so lucky to have you all reply to me because I was seriously loosing hope. Thank you so so much and I hope you are well. Xx
