I had a lacroscopy in December 2020 for an investigation into endometriosis... 4 hours later i came out after having 10 lesions removed from my fallopian tube and my ovaries removed from my uterus wall...
After seeing my surgeon only last Tuesday after waiting over 6 months to see him... he told me there was nothing more that could be done for me.
Well I've just found from his secretary that my fallopian tube is attached to my COLON while being covered in aditions (please excuse the spelling) and he was going to leave me like this -.- he had every opportunity to tell me and he didn't -.- im so angry ... he told me on Tuesday he didn't find much of a problem but mentioned nothing of the above at all
What shall I do now??
anyone??
im at a complete loss and feel so so let down but I can't afford private treatment sadly
Many thanks for reading

Hi,Suggestions:
- Request a copy of the laparoscopy summary letter (usually sent to GP)
- Request a copy of all hospital records from your lap - operation notes, any images taken, etc.
- To GP, request referral to BSGE accredited endometriosis centre because of involvement of colon
Put a subject access request into the hospital for a copy of your notes. If you can have online access to your GP record, then you can login and print it out yourself. If they don't offer online access, then request a copy of the letters that have been sent. If you're struggling to get through on the phone, see if you can find your practice manager's email address.
Heya sweetheart, thankyou for the reply. Me and my partner only have one another hun we are closer than close I have some friends but they don't really have time to listen, my partner is male so he ofcourse struggles to understand. I'm sorry to hear about everything your going through aswell 😔 wish I could take it all away for us that are suffering 😢 xxx
Request another meeting with him? Ask his sec to send the notes to your doctor for them to read them you could be referred to a new specialist? So sorry to hear this. That’s really disappointing. X
In my nhs hospital, they have a department called “Airs”, they are like a complaints department for patients. After i was frustrated about my appointment being cancelled twice, i was told to contact them. Thereafter the consultant called me on the same day. Airs kept following up with me if i was satisfied, etc. Phone your hospital and ask the operator / receptionist to out your through to the complaints department.
You need a specialist, a good one at a bsge centre who will refer you to an appropriate bowel specialist. If there's a bsge centre at the hospital you're at then I'd contact PALS or find a way to speak with the clinical director of the hospital to ensure you are transferred to the bsge centre. Otherwise force the GP to refer you to the local bsge centre (hopefully you have one nearby).
Not sure if I mentioned on other posts but Serrapeptase can break down adhesions so worth looking at that, using it daily on an empty stomach for 3 to 6 months. It could ease your issues or unstick your colon. Always best to start on the lowest dose, to see how you feel then you can increase. It may increase pain for a couple of weeks but after that it stops.
