Oestradiol 2mg is what I was taking in tablet form (patches made my skin angry). However probably unlike yourself I didn’t know at that time that I had Endo - after much pain & MRI this has been a recent diagnosis for me. My Gynae has informed me that Oestrogen actually feeds the Endo, thus enabling growth of the disease.
I have been advised to stop taking it altogether. So now just waiting for my body to adjust - If I were you I would have a conversation with an Endo specialist as to taking HRT or oestrogen of any persuasion, only then can you make an informed choice.
