Any advice on how to deal with pain

I am in alot of pain tonight got a hot bottle on my belly and taken my oral morphine I can still feel the pain anyone got any tips on what they do when there in pain?

I'm in the same boat as you tonight hun, got my hot water bottle on belly, heat pad on my back n im drugged up with pain killers and not having any relief! Not got much advice other than breathing techniques and tapping that I learned from my hypnotist, doesnt take the pain away for me but relaxes me for a while and makes the nights not as long. Thinking of you and wishing yr pain away X.

Its horrible I can't get comfy to sleep looks like its a long night for me, my oramorph normally works hope your okay and your pain goes soon x

Friday night, should be partying not lying in bed in excruciating pain! Long night here too X

I know haha I have lambrine in my fridge my drink that in bed I can't get comfy

Gp just put me on Naproxen and stomach liner. I have always taken Co Drydamol and have to take Lactalose, Fybogel and Merbervine plus Colpermin. I alternate with 400 strength Ibuprofen but still get break through pain. I will try Naproxen and hope it helps

the nerve pain and pinching burning in my pelvis, low back and hip down to my knee.

Just hope it doesn't cause further bladder and bowel and stomach disturbance.

Hiyaa lovely ive been ln naproxon a while and omeprazole some people it works great for others not so well, ive got a bit of oramorph to help go through this bad flare up atm
