Blood clot in urine anyone?

So I’m sat here on the loo at 4am in agony, the most extreme pain subsiding long enough to write a couple of lines. I’ve had the usual pain before during and after weeing for afew days running now (and it is about flare time) and I decided my body was stepping things up, so maybe it’s not my normal pain and I have cystitis. I’m now dribbling bright red bloody urine, literally a couple of drops at a time, so I thought maybe it’s definitely a urine infection. Then I passed a dark blood clot, definitely from my bladder, looks very periody (I don’t bleed since the Mirena was put in) and now I’m thinking good lord this must be endo related, although I’ve still not had my lap I’m over the 18 weeks wait. I’m going to go to hospital/drs in the morning if I can wait that long. Has this happened to anyone else? And outcomes from it? Thanks x

Definitely ask to be referred to a Urologist as well as gynae, they do a cystoscope where they see into your bladder. This was how they found my Endo in the bladder, I too was having blood in my urine and pain like cystitis. Good luck

Thanks I will ask, I’ve been given 3 days of an antibiotic but before I even started it my wee was clear again this morning. Not pain free though 🤦🏼‍♀️ the out of hours gp wanted to admit me to hospital but the on call consultant urologist said to try the antibiotics first, send a sample see if anything grows, I’ve done that afew times now and nothing comes of it which makes me wonder if it is endo. Thanks for your advice and support it is so appreciated xxx

Bloody urine during period with endometriosis is normal and my doctor said this is caused by endometriosis

Any blood during urination without period it seems not endometriosis and it caused by something else go to the doctor better for you and for peace of mind ❤️
