Bleeding after sex and orgasm...again

Hi,

So around 5 months ago I was diagnosed with endometriosis, I had it all lasered out and although I still had painful periods it was better.

Before I was diagnosed I bled after sex and had really irregular bleeding at that point I had the implant...after speaking to doctors they recommend having the implant removed and trying the combined pill which I did and it not only regulated my bleeding but stopped it happening after sex so was feeling loads better. I’ve had no problems with the combined pill (taking around 10months) till around a week ago, me and my partner had sex and I had slight dark brown bleeding which has happened whenever we have had sex again but now it’s happening whenever I have an orgasm. It’s always dark brown but I don’t suffer with breakthrough bleeding at any other time.

I have had stomach pain intermittently but I’m being investigated for IBD so put it down to that but now I don’t know if this is a sign the endo is coming back.

Have any of you ladies ever had the same problem? Was it just something you experienced Endo or not?
