Lymph node swelling

Hi there hoping someone can be of some help, does anyone get painful lymph nodes, neck,groin or underarm on one side before or during a period starting to go insane with these symptoms scared could be breast cancer

If it helps, I noticed I had painful armpit area and it was really sore, I thought I could feel a lump and instantly became stressed thinking the worse. I left it a day and was still the same so I went to see my doctor. She examined it and said it’s something to do with hormones, it happens around ovulation and period time.
