Smelly Discharge After Lap?

I had my first laporoscopy and hysteroscopy a few days ago (with a Mirena coil fitted in the process) and they found moderate endo.

Since the surgery I've been getting a fair bit of watery discharge that's pinkish. The discharge smells fairly strongly but it's not a foul smell. It just smells strange. It's hard to explain, the smell is quite sweet almost chemical-like. I was thinking it might be something they put inside me during the surgery making it's way out day-by-day. I'm 3 days post surgery now so still early days.

I'm just a little concerned it might be signs of an infection but I have no other pain linked with it and no fever or anything like that. I'm not really sure what to think.

Has anyone had any similar experiences?

Just wanted to post an update for anyone who experienced the same thing. The discharge stopped after about 5 days so I assume it was something they used in the surgery draining out of me.
