Hi ladies,
In the past, I've had light twinges in my lower back but the majority of my "bad" pains have been in my pelvis, stomach, and legs.
Over the last few days, I've had severe shooting pains in the base of my back which feel just like the endo pains I've had elsewhere. I'm 99% sure the pains are endo related as they're shooting off into my pelvis and my hips, and the sensation is all too familiar.
After the first bout of lower back, i now randomly have upper back pain (sort of between my shoulder blades) which feels very different - it's more of a constant, dull ache. It's not responding to pain killers and heat isn't really helping either.
Could this upper back pain be endo related too, or could I have just hurt it by tensing up during the other pain?
Any help/advice would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Zoe
