I was wondering what kind of pain does it feel like in the lower back when you have endo
I can barely walk right without crying and I’m due my period in a few days. The back pain has never been this bad before I’m due. It’s like a severe achy pain thats gone numb to touch
Could this be endo or something else

It could be endo because lower back pain and pain before period is symptoms of endo 🤔 I get both lower back pain and pain before period not so bad that I cant walk though it tends to be my pelvic pain that does that 😮 I dont really have much pain management other than do a hot water bottle 🤔
I tried a hot water bottle last night and it worked for like 10 minutes and the pain came back worse. I feel so nauseous that I can’t eat and have really painful period cramps and painful sex and some other pains and problems
Have you tried buscopan for the nausea even though its for ibs I take that and it helps slightly ? Also when you eat I'd avoid dairy and gluten 🤔 I dont have my advice to cope with the pain because I just take ibruprofen and buscopan and a hot water bottle to deal with pains 🤔 I have more advice to change your diet and take up yoga to prevent as much pain 🤔
I’ve noticed that if I eat gluten around my period, I suffer with really bad heartburn compared to other times of the month when I eat gluten or dairy. I’ve never had a problem with gluten before tho
Tbh I didnt until I got ill and couldnt shake off the nausea and lost a stone in weight 🤔 It might halp then if you cut them out when you are near your period 🤔 My pain/nausea is constant it actually eases up on my period because I have massive other pains 😮
