I’m at the end of my tether with pain relief. Nothing seems to work very well. Currently on Naproxen and Co-codamol at night but they simply take the edge off the pain. I can’t take anything stronger cause I have to function, work and have 2 kids!!
Has anyone used a tens machine for pain relief and if you have, has it worked for endometriosis pain?!
Thanks
Lou

Hiya, yep I have one and I must say it is pretty good. It gives you little electric pulses that completely distract your mind from the pain. I carry mine in my bag every day. I must admit, it is so much easier for me to swallow codeine then use my tens machine but it is much better to rely on the machine than pain killers. Definitely give the machine a go!
Thank you for the advice I think I’m definitely going to invest in one and see if it does the trick. Thought it might be handy to use when I’m sat at my desk in pain!!
