Elleste Duet confusion

Firstly hi everyone, I'm a newbie on here! I suffered from the age of 11 from what was diagnosed in the beginning polycystic ovary syndrome.

Only at 36 last year did my consultant descover it was endometriosis.

I had a total hysterectomy.anyway after some humming and harring from doctors and consultant and a year doctor this morning put me on ellet duet 1mg 1daily but I'm a little confused it says that I will bleed!! But I've had a total hyst!! And is this a combination hurt?? My doctor is useless!! I also have idiopathic intracranial hypertension so will my headaches be WORSE?? I really don't know what to do!!!!!
