First Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy... results?

I had my first Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy a couple of days ago. This was to determine if I had endo or any other issues, I was told if endo was found they would do a helica if possible to treat it. I didn’t get to see the Dr afterwards, so no idea what was found, or if any treatment was done. Would I know if they’d done anything more than a simple look around? According to my sister I was in theatre for 2 hours, and also I am bleeding quite a bit (like a heavy period). Surely they should tell me what happened? I’ve got a follow up in 2 weeks, but I’m just quite confused as to what they did/found!

If you phone your consultants secretary then she should be able to tell you over the phone as that's what I did and she also sent me a written copy in the post xx
