Hip pain?

Just asking if anyone else suffers from pain in their hips with endo? I had a small amount of endo removed back in march which was on my left ovary ligament (sorry forgotten the name of the ligament think it begins with the letter u?) I had the merina coil fitted whilst having my lap done, ever since most days i am having awful hip pain which sort of goes down into my pelvis and the top of my legs it can make me feel really sick and gives me the shakes sometimes when its really bad. Sometimes my legs feel heavy not all of the time and i also have bad back pain at the same time i just wanted to know if anyone else has had anything similar as i am unsure if this is to do with the coil or endo or something else? I am being sent back to my gyne which is in around 2 weeks and also being sent for a scan to check the coil is in the right position any help or experiences would be really appreciated thankyou 💖 x

When I had endo I had terrible hip pain every night, which went up my back and down to my knees. I had almost all the pelvic peritoneum removed and my bowel was stuck to my pelvic sidewall so I’m convinced it was the endo as the pain is loads less now (but I am still recovering).

Never had the coil fitted so can’t help there but hopefully another lady on here can advise xxx good luck and take care xxx

I'm the other lady from the thread that Flynn_Maverick posted. Sorry to hear you're struggling with this too.

Had endo excised about 9 weeks ago from the uterosacral ligament and I'm having terrible hip pain! It gets much worse during my period and sounds very much like yours in that it makes me feel shaky and sick. Horrible!

Hopefully, your doc can shed some light on it for you. I know that it can take months to heal so it might just be that we have some internal inflammation from the op?

I’m also suffering with bad hip pain on my left hand side. I’ve just put it down to being lopsided after having my right foot in a cast for 8 weeks. But now I’m wondering if it’s endo related. Oh the joys of this condition. I used to have severe pain in my left lower back so that makes sense now.

I’m on the coil and was hoping that would relieve the pain
