I find it really hard to have and enjoy sex as it is so painful and my partner understands however I don’t want to let him down. Does anyone have any tips for reducing the pain? X

I find being as relaxed as possible! Perhaps taking painkillers before hand, give them time to start working then try?

Explore Different positions if you can, also I found that if you take part in a lot of foreplay and getting really turned on and in the mood your endorphins act as a painkiller too x

Have you looked into vaginismus? There are dilators and things that can help, I've been using them for 5 years now and the progress is unbelievable x
