Hey just posting to let you lovely ladies know i've just had my second op (in hospital for one night), and last hopefully for a few years!
Went to plan, they removed endo off the outside of my bowel by rectal shave. Also did a uterolysis - unsticking urine tube from my wall.
The enema wasnt bad, its just 100ml of water up bum, feels like a runny poo but not horrible.
I have four incision points.
Now for recovery - any good foods people found that helps pain, helps bowel momovement? I have a low dairy, low wheat - gut sensitivity and low carbs diet.
Just had Lap done last week
Had my op today. 
Follow up appointment after laparoscopy. Just as I had dreaded 😔
Had a lap op this Wed and lots of endo removed. Feeling so low. Can't stop crying. Is this normal?
Had pre op now waiting for date - really worried
