Tugging pains and endo belly..anyone else?

Hey everyone..first time poster...long time sufferer. Quick question, does anyone have any issues after their period with sharp tugging pains in their stomach and constant endo belly? This is a new thing for me- it gets to day four of my period and carries on until I ovulate. It is different to the usual Endo dull ache which is why I am scratching my head (or rather hugging my heat pad) a little....

I get endo belly but mainly in the run up to my period. It goes rock hard and looks like I’m about to give birth. It’s quite shocking.

Yeah I get it throughout the month (usually when I want to wear something slimming and then end up having to change my outfit about 50 times!) but for some reason it is constant straight after my period....very annoying!

Endo belly very common. As far as I'm aware mine has no pattern to my period. I flare randomally. I get bloated around my period but it's not an endo belly.

I get sharp tugging pains if I stand up too quick or if I over stretch my abdomen. I have adhesions so presume it could be that? I do also have chocolate cysts, so it may be that my ovaries are weighted down. So I've never known because I have both. My sharp pains are not related to my period either x

I get the tugging pain all the time, usually behind my belly button down to my urethra, it’s the worst and when I tell doctors, they just say ‘that sounds horrible’ but have never been able to help!

If it starts around day 4 and continues until ovulation, it's ovarian endometriosis/adhesions around the ovaries or such. It causes an endo belly to me too. The best option is complete lifestyle and diet revolution, no stress, adequate sleep, no vitamin deficiencies and movement.

I have the tugging pain almost everyday, it’s usually around my belly button and even feels like it’s right behind my belly button. I thought it was a hernia at first but have been told now that it’s possible endometriosis by a gynaecologist consultant.

It’s a very weird feeling!
