First laparoscopy!!

Hello everyone! I have just booked in for my diagnostic lap on the 3rd August! I am excited but also nervous because this feels like the final step in finding out what is wrong.

So I guess my question is, any advise on what to expect post op? Is there anything I should do prior to the lap to make recovery easier?

Also, has anyone ever had the coil put in at the same time? Experiences of this would be appreciated as well! X
