Hope you're all happy and relatively well.
I'm almost 2 weeks post-lap and feeling pretty down. I haven't received a formal diagnosis yet (my follow up consultation is next week), but I was told while coming round from the anaesthetic that they did find mild endo (god knows what that means). My consultant left for the day before I was sharp enough to ask for any more information.
I really want to start exercising again, as it's such a good mood boost and I need that right now, but I'm scared of pushing myself too far/causing myself damage. Any tips on some low-impact exercises to start with, and any wisdom to offer on how long it takes to get back to usual levels of stamina/exercise?
