Hi I suffer with severe endometriosis and have done for the past 4 years. I had my last operation in January this year. I wasn't able to do a lot whilst waiting for my op so did about 3 months of sitting around because of the pain. I have put on some weight since and really want to get rid of it. Because I've had 3 ops already I'm really scared that any vigorous exercise is going to hurt me. I'm on hrt and having my last zoladex injection next week, I'm 32. So does anybody have any idea around exercising I can do to help me. I know I sound like a bit of a wimp, but I really would love some advice 😃

Have you tried Callanetics definitely recommend it and there's no vigorous exercise Google it or you tube it. You will be able to buy a Dvd. hope that helps

Swimming would be a good bet if you enjoy it x

I find walking is great. You can go at your own pace and build it up easily to long walks. Oh and it's free! Good luck xx
