I was diagnosed with stage iv Endo last year after laproscopy. I Had IUD inserted then 7 months later removed. I was still not feel post op been felt better then pre-op. About 9 months after op i started to feel very sick, major fatigue, pain constantly in my hips and lower back. Walking was difficult and now been diagnosed with an auto immune disease. Does anyone else have an auto immune disease, Lupus?

Hi,

I’ve not been diagnosed with Endo but always suspected I have it, I don’t have lupus but do have 2 autoimmune conditions psoriasis and hypothyroidism, if you have one autoimmune condition you are more likely to get another.

I have exactly the same symptoms you've describe but I've only had my half diagnosis for 2 weeks ago. I'm convinced its Lupus but GP believes its fibomyalgia or ME. It only took over 17 years to diagnose my endo so I'm not holding my breath. I do think there is a link between them

I not sure about how the link works but I'm sure I read that a very high number of women with endo also have an autoimmune disease. Seems a bit bloody unfair if you ask me!
