Pulling sensation in side

Hi there ... I’ve recentley been told

I have endriometris I have a cyst on left ovary and right I’ve had coil fitted for 4 and half years and it’s due to come out soon and be changed , doctor never went into great detail about this problem was given no information just tablets , I’ve been bleeding for 7 weeks now with just 2 days rest it’s not heavy just enough too water a pad and I have an awful pulling sensation on left side and really sharp pain in pelvic area , anyone else get the pulling sensation ?

Yes I get pulling sensation all over abdomen from belly button down. Sometimes out of the blue sometimes with movement and have suddenly during bowel movements. I have no idea what it is because I have not been diagnosed. My guess is that its simply because things are stuck together.
