Pulling sensation when I stretch a certain way?

Noticed I have a weird pulling sensation on my left side when I stretch and lean a certain way? Anyone else?

Sounds like adhesion pain. Adhesions pull our organs so most likely you'd feel a pulling feeling xx

If I learn to the left a certain way I can feeling something pulling my left lower side! Nightmare

I've had this in my right side for a long time, same when I cough or sneeze, hurts like a butt!
