Bleeding 4 days after my period ended

Hi,

Just after a bit of advice. I'm waiting on an appointment with gynaecology on the 11th of June. I've been on the pill for 6 months now which has lessened the pain during periods but I still have a lot of discomfort in between periods. My periods have followed the pattern they were before I started the pill however this month, 4 days after my period ended I started bleeding quite heavily and that carried on for 7 days. Does this happen to anyone else?

Have u though bout having the mirena coil works for me. Im going through the menpause and had coil inserted now periods very light and last from six days or so no pain no pmt etc

Its not been suggested yet but I wonder if they might say this is a good idea at the hospital?
