I have been trying to conceive for about a year now, and after talking with my obgyn and due to my mother's medical history, we decided to go and have the Laparoscopy and dye the uterus. Like my mother I was diagnosed with endometriosis and a blocked right fallopian tube. My question is is it possible to get pregnant a week after laparoscopy of the endometriosis? Is it even possible to get pregnant at all if one of my tubes are blocked?

if one of your tubes is blocked the other should be fine so you may find you only produce an egg every other month that can travel to the uterus... the ovaries tend to alternate and stop each other. You may need further tests to determine what happens.
Is the laparoscopy to remove endo? Usually it's advisable to wait a week before having sex to wait for the body to heal. Also some women (including me) find the actual physical moving around stuff during the op causes a delayed period or early period due to stress so cycles can be a bit different for a while.
See if you can talk to a / be referred to a fertility specialist - they can help, advise and monitor your progress, including checking your oh - men can have problems too.
