Yes I went to pelvic physio. I did have weak pelvic floor and tight ligaments....it helped to an extent.....I also joined a yoga studio on the advice of the pelvic physio......but she could only do so much and I ended up at the OBGYN for a lap etc. My physio was very honest and when she reached a point that I was not getting any more benefit she told me.

It is not the most comfortable thing having your pelvis worked on. They need to do some internal. For those of us with pelvic pain issues being manipulated is not pleasant

Hi Nia-Walling,

I found acupuncture to work well for my pelvic area, as well as physio but the acupuncture was fabulous.

Thank you have also found acupuncture really helpful.

Did you feel any improvement from physio and if so I’m what way did it help?

I got short term relief from the physio, a couple of days after I would be in less pain and my sciatica would ease off a bit. I found a remedial therapist where I live and I’ve seen her for two years now and the sciatica reduced massively for me but the inflammation is always there. I had genealogical physio through the NHS on and off for four years (after the birth of my child) we didn’t know I had Endo then, so she was he one who concentrated on acupuncture on my pelvis. I would say try it, try anything to find something that can help...even if it’s just a little x
