Pelvic pain :(

When I cough, sneeze, stretch my pelvic area hurts. I would say ovaries but not 100% now it feels all the time my partner made me jump last night and it hurt for ages afterwards. I'm worried these are bad adhesions :((((

I've read the number of adhesions don't correlate with the strength of the pain... so not necessarily :) I had pain even when stretching in the morning or walking slowly and turned out it was a very mild endo.

The lap helped for pulling pain when generally moving around, that's completely gone, but the one along my ribcage is getting worse... cause bloating is getting worse and I have no idea why. Buscopan 10 mg used to help A LOT but now it doesn't. I've read though that sometimes that can be the result of overly tensed abdominal muscles so I'm going to see physio today and see whether he can help - message, acupuncture and relaxation techniques. If that fails I'm gonna push my gp for a referral to see a gastrologist.

Good luck x

It could be that the endo is on your ligaments and therefore why it hurts with movement

Thank you. I hope they can find it easy if it is.

Hi I have been currently having similar pains to you I had a pain that started in my left hip over a year ago but since January of this year the pain has become much worse like how you describe. I went to see a chiropractor because at first I thought it was sciatica but it turns out my pelvis is out of alignment probably caused by my pregnancy 13 years ago! I am still experiencing nerve pain and my chiropractic treatment lasts until May. I was just wondering if you've had children as you could have a similar problem without realising it! My endo has only been found on my bladder but I did have adhesions on the right side that were attached to my bowel before my last surgery. Adhesions by the way can cause lots of pain and other issues as anyone will tell you on the adhesion support group on Facebook.
