Hi, I recently got diagnosed with endometriosis and unfortunately due to a bad reaction I have to hormonal contraceptives I can’t take the pill which is supposed to help. Was just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation. I also have IBS which obviously doesn’t help, any advice welcome x

Acupuncture, good diet, exercise. It may not be a cure but it will help somewhat - I’ve tried many things ... supplements, pain relief etc I’m ok now but I do suffer now n again xx

Thank that’s great, not sure about the acupuncture though as I have a phobia of needles lol x

They’re finer than a doctors needle - I hate them too but after the first go it’s very relaxing just lying in the peace and quiet after the application. Xx

I might give it a go then, what sort of price would I be looking at? X

£45 for 45 minutes depends on where u live. Usually the first appt is an hour long. Once a month for a few months should help, you can always stop if it’s not for you. Best bet is to go with someone who deals with endometriosis and fertility and is highly experienced. There are lot of ppl out there who ‘do’ acupuncture but you need a pro ;) xx

Hi there I dont have endo but suffer with dysfunctional uterine bleeding ad currently on mini pill which is causing more pain. I am hoping to come off it and go into something which takes my pain and stops bleeding. Have you thought about prostap lupron?

I can’t have too much fibre as it effects my IBS and milk is one of the things that sooth it lol but thank you 😊 x
