Bruising

Since my Lap (a month ago) im still super swollen. 2 out of 3 incisons have healed well.

Bit I feel like I bruising waiting to come out and its not... ove used arnica cream but hasnt reallt done much. My stomach feels.briised to touch so I want it to come out and heal quicker.

Any advice greatly welcomed?x

It will take some time to heal internally. After all they had to go through different tissue inside so it will be bruised. Keep using arnica and you will get there. x
