Bruising on legs / bruise type rash.

I am waiting on results from a full blood screening and have had a few results back so far that day I’m anemic and low on folic acid which is no surprise to me. I have been getting strange bruise type rash on my legs it appears unexpected for no reason and then disappears as quickly as started. Legs also feel heavy like lead with pain and tenderness. Noticed it coincides with my menstruation which is odd to me. Doctor says the bruising is Non specific and might refer me to a dermatologist, I mentioned my endometriosis and this coincidence but it was dismissed. Could it be a symptom of my endometriosis and if so what does this mean ?

I have endometrosis, and had the same symptoms of bruising in legs. I believe it is due to anemia. Improve your diet and these symptoms should disapear.

Thank you , I am anemic so makes sense I guess just been told to take folic acid and improve diet by Dc as well so hopefully this works then .

Since your legs feel heavy. Raise your legs up the wall (10 minutes). You will feel lots of improvement with that too.

Hi, it was the same for me. I kept waking up with big random bruises and after blood tests it was because I was anaemic.

Thank you , good to know it may be down to me being anemic and nothing else. I can live with that.
