Hi ladies this is just a moan, it's a flare up day, finished period last week and now got pains and I still have 2 weeks left till I start.
I'm trying not to let it get to me and still carry on with my life but it just bring you down mentally when you feel those pains 🙄 it's like your life just stops! Hope everyone is a having a good day xx

Having a little flare up myself. I finished my period today and seen as yesterday was pain free I hoped today would be too. It does really get you down, and once you get the pain and it subsides do you find you start waiting for it and anticipating it? X
I hope your feeling better today! Yeah you would expect it's just never ending 😞 exactly all I do is wait around for it, scared to go out incase I start it ruin anyone's day. It's not even about me because I know i have to deal with it it's when I have made plans and other people are involved that stresses me out x
Me to don't really go out wont to but don't at same time as Now I'll get pain and sick with a couple hours being there x
