Flare Up

Having a bade few days with a flare. My whole pelvis hurts and my legs are killing me. I always experience some pains going down my legs, but this seems to be getting worse. Anyone else experience issues with their legs? I don't seem to have enough heat packs/hot water bottles for all the places that are hurting right now.

I'm sorry to hear this! Can you soak in a hot bath? Have you tried acupuncture?

Yes, I did have a nice long soak. Pain is better, but still not great. Yes I have tried acupuncture before. Didn't really help to be honest. Thanks tho

Hi yes I experience the leg pain and it's horrible!! Sometimes it's worse than the pelvic pain. Which painkillers do you take?

Yeah it's not great. I'm on Tramadol daily and take codeine/ibuprofen also when I need to.

Hello! I have recently been experiencing pains down my legs like never before! up my back is getting worse to. no diagnosed problems atm, had a laparoscopy op last year and having a hysteroscopy soon hopefully looking for fibroid tumour. are you diagnosed with anything? I've been taking a cocktail of naproxen and codiene. it dulls the pains but its still there. x

Yes I have Stage 4 Endometriosis & Adenomyosis.
