No energy

Hi I hope your all ok. Been 3 yrs in June since me last lap. Had 2 cancel 2 appointments with Oxford last year 1 due 2 a family member dieing. 2. Was coz the snow. I keep going bk 2 c my GP. I have no energy. Headaches all the time. Pain and bleeding. I feel like I’m not getting anywhere
