Hi all i'm new here. Would love some advice please. I've been on the injections every 3 months since 2012, i'm due a Laparoscopy next month and i must admit i'm a bit worried about. I feel so tired all the time and have no energy to do anything. Is this the normal effects of having Endometriosis.

I think it would be unusual to have these injections for so long. If you don’t mind me asking, how old are you? X

Im 45 and had problems since i started my periods when i was 12, i used to have heavy periods and be in bed for a week each month. my periods would last 3 weeks and only a week break.
Extreme tiredness is a usual symptom of endo. Try not to worry about the operation. I had a hysterectomy and removal of endo from all over the place, I had about a tenth of the pain I'd had in each period for my entire life.
