5th lap done

Had my 5th lap yesterday.

Left me a little confused, no more endo found but lots of adhesions. Left overie stuck to stomach so freed up and adhesions removed, rectum also stuck to back of body so again adhesions removed and re-aligned.

Also asked for Mirina coil to be fitted again just to try.

In a fair bit of pain today, gas in the shoulder trying to escape feels like hell and had no sleep last night but hopefully it eases day by day and I get some pain relief even if just for a short period of time.

Stay strong that's my motto x

Agh the gas pain - I'm sure you know all this after 5 laps but I found peppermint (tea and capsules), regular pain relief and walking (even for a few seconds at a time) sorted things within 48 hours. Oh - and yoga! If you Youtube 'yoga for gas and bloating' there are a few poses/moves you can do lying down in bed to speed things along. Really helped me!

First things first - focus on getting yourself better after your surgery, then when you're feeling physically better you'll be in a better mental place to deal with the confusion caused by the results.

Put your feet up and get well soon.
