Hoping someone can help!

Hi everyone 😘

I’m come across this site and I’m wondering if anyone has had/has conditions similar to my own as I’ve been struggling for years to get a diagnosis let alone a treatment.

I’ve always had very heavy periods, I have 3 kids all via c section and for the past 4 years, I’ve only had a week or two where I feel my normal self.

The week I ovulate I’m incredibly bloated, constipated, majorly fatigued and nauseous, I also get so many food cravings for awful things (crisps chocolate ect) and I find myself eating this crap even though I’m so bloated and constipated already.

I’m a personal trainer and used to be physically fit, I now can’t get out of bed the week before my peroid. I’ve been back and forth to the docs who’ve put me on antidepressants (which I’m sure I didn’t need) and the pill Yasmine, which somehow made me feel much worse.

I’m at my wits end, I just want to be the best mum I can be, yet this week I couldn’t even take my kids to school because I just couldn’t move without nearly fainting and having hot flashes.

I’ve had blood tests and scans which say I’m fine.

One GP (male!) told me it was just PMT and all women have it, but they get in with things!

Is it possibly endometriosis or something similar?

This makes me feel awful, I was in the Army for 11 years so I’m not someone who would make a fuss if there was no need to!

Endometriosis can cause heavy periods (and lots of other weird and wonderful symptoms besides).
