I have hospital tomorrow for an ultrasound, I'm a bit worried about the outcome.
I went to the doctors about a month and a half ago and she couldn't find my coil (apparently surgeons are notorious for cutting the strings short).
I've been on the pill since the appointment whilst waiting for a scan but I haven't had a period, which is strange as I normally have 3-5 bleeds a month (hasn't changed with any contraception).
My breasts have become swollen and sore, but not sure whether this is because of the pill or something else.
Please help my nerves!! I cannot focus on anything apart from this!

If you've been extra stressed by all this, it's likely you've just missed a period, it happened to me once and I was convinced I was pregnant but I wasn't! The ultrasound will put your mind at ease tomorrow but don't panic too much, it will probably be due to stress, hope this helps, good luck! Xx
Hi I had the same thing. My coil is in place. Sometimes our bodies do the strangest things! Try to do write your concerns down just to get them out of your mind and onto paper it might help. I hope you get on ok. Let us know the outcome!xx
It's easy for me to say but try not to worry. I have a friend who 'lost' her coil but it was found in a funny position and it was all ok in the end. She had it removed and replaced with no real trouble xx
Hi, well they found the coil and it hasn't moved so that's good. However because I'm so bloated and my stomach is sensitive to touch they think it might be the endo growing back got doctors next week to figure out what the next steps will be. Good luck for your ultrasound and hope everything goes okay xx

Aww poor you. At least you may be narrowing this down which should then help them determine the treatment options to get you sorted. Try and stay positive.
