Severe Pain...advice please

Hi everyone,

I had an internal examination on Monday & have been in such severe pain since then I just cannot walk. Has anyone experienced this after an examination? I’m going out of my mind atm and so frustrated I can’t do anything at all x

Yes, I came away from my last appointment with my gyne and the pain got worse and worse all day. Next time I go I will be dosing myself up first!

Yeah I wish I had dosed up now beforehand, never thought they’d do it 🙈

Sorry your in pain!

I experienced the same thing. Luckily the next day it was gone or I was in less pain. I always dose myself up before hand too.

Yes had it for 2 days it was sickening. Just take a pain killer.

Just to check that there is no blood or any kinds of discharge?

There was blood in my urine before this pain got worse. But nothing else otherwise

I used to have that a lot before my surgeries, but nice since then no x

Are you able to take something inflammatory like ibuprofen or something else like paracetemol? Do you think something like a warm hot water bottle might help?

Sorry I meant anti-inflammatory. How ya doing now?

I’m on paracetamol, morphine & pregabalin atm, it’s a shame I can’t have ibuprofen because of gastritis. I’m still suffering but hoping it’s calming down x
