Hi ladies

They say that when you first start using it in csn wake up the, estrogen receptors and make everything worse for a bit till gets, better i didn't experience this but a, lady i know started using it for her spotting it got worse with clots in same cycle then stopped and normally she spots all the way through, guess its a case of sticking it out seeing if it helps or trying something else. Although they do say to give it at least 3 month. 💗🤗😘
Oh ok. So it can upset ur system ? I was a little bit shocked when i woke up this morning and had another period literally 2 weeks after last one although i have no pain ? Which is a result.
Im just bleeding.
So do u think i should keep goin?
Yes for a least three month if your symptoms get no better then leave it. What are you using it for? Xxx
I did research in it before and it says symptoms can get worse before better due to it waking up estrogen receptors something along them lines. I found it helped me but it got expensive and I run out so I changed to vitex which seems to be working a treat 💗🤗😘
I started using it because someone on here suggested it for period pains and bad pmt...
Started it 15 days after last period but it brought me again!!
Urgh, so ive now had two periods in three weeks!?!
So i need to stop it again? Then start again in 15 days after this one finishes but will i have another one again
I personally wouldn't stop it I'd, continue it till your period would normally be due. You never know it could just be a breakthrough bleed. Just continue to use it how you intended, that's what I'd do my friend bled with clots for 3-3 days it stopped them her period came like normal, a week and half later. 💗🤗😘
